Meet Dr. Branden Song
For Dr. Branden Song, chiropractic isn’t just about back pain or posture; it’s about changing how families think about health. As part of the Trailhead Family Chiropractic team, he works closely with parents, children, and individuals to support their bodies’ natural healing processes and build confidence in new ways of achieving wellness.
You’ll find Dr. Branden primarily in the Murrieta office, serving families with warmth, humor, and a steady presence. Many new patients arrive unsure, even skeptical. That’s okay. He sees those first visits as a chance to guide, not push.
I love watching people gradually shift toward a more natural lifestyle. It’s not about perfection, just being open to trying something new.

A Health Philosophy Rooted in Family
After graduating from UC Santa Barbara, Dr. Branden earned his chiropractic degree from Life West with both academic and clinical honors, but his real leadership training started much earlier, as the oldest member of a large family. Without older role models himself, he now sees every child he meets as someone he can support, encourage, and protect. “I always wanted a big brother growing up. Now I get to be that kind of figure for kids in the office.”
He’s especially drawn to pediatric and perinatal care, and he has multiple advanced trainings through the ICPA, Pediatric Experience, Focus Academy, Peak Potential Institute, and more. He holds Webster and perinatal certifications and is working toward the full pediatric C.A.C.C.P. credential. He has completed a childbirth educator certification and is also certified in the Torque Release Technique.
When He’s Not Adjusting Spines
Dr. Branden enjoys the outdoors—golf, tennis, hiking, and the occasional pickleball match. He’s a longtime surfer (though less since moving inland) and stays involved with his church community. He’ll happily spend hours reading, learning, and thinking deeply about life, health, and how to serve others better.
Raised by engineers, Dr. Branden brings that same thoughtful, curious mindset into every patient interaction. He may be the first chiropractor in his family, but his approach reflects generations of critical thinking and care.
